STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe and confess that Almighty God since the beginning of creation permitted man a choice to know eternal life in His presence or knowledge of evil and eternal separation from God. In His foreknowledge of man’s choice of evil, God decreed the Lord Jesus Christ as the only Redeemer and Mediator between God and man before man’s fall [1] . We believe man’s fallen nature prohibits his access to God [2] . But because of God’s great love toward man, he sent His only and unique Son who reconciled man to Himself.

We believe that Jesus is sinless and because of His Holy nature, We believe that He died in the place of man and paid for his sins by His death which satisfies all the Father’s righteous and just demands [3] . We believe that God fully offered salvation by grace bringing man to faith and repentance in response to His Holy Word [4] . We believe that through a man’s repentance, faith, and confession, he is regenerated and indwelt by the Holy Spirit [5] . Through this union man will experience rebirth and empowerment having become a new creation [6] . We believe the Holy Spirit seals the believer eternally as an heir in Christ and transforms him into the likeness of the Son of God [7] .
